Terms
& conditions
Ownership of
Software - title to, and ownership of any software and
programming developed by OHAIN will at all times remain with
OHAIN, unless specified otherwise in an individual written
agreement.
Ownership
of Data - all data contained in software and programs
developed by OHAIN shall be the sole property of the client.
OHAIN may access this data for use in support of the client but
not for any personal gain, unless specified otherwise in an
individual written agreement.
Travel Time
- billable time is for "portal to portal". Travel time
is billed at the rate associated with the consulting performed.
Expenses -
direct expenses will be included in addition to time in client invoicing.
Duration of
Agreement - normally, consulting agreements are on-going,
and do not have a set date of termination. Formal termination of
agreements may be made by either party, in writing, with 30 days
notice.
Payment
Terms - All payments due are invoiced by OHAIN to the
client. All invoices are payable to OHAIN within 15 days of
invoicing. Late payments will incur late charges at the rate of
1% per month or part thereof.
Special
Terms - Fixed pricing and special terms as mutually agreed
to may be included in any contractual agreement between OHAIN
and client.

that whatever contingencies can be anticipated get
covered. Practice teaches us what we need to know to

- means putting those plans into play. It's the real
thing.

- The proof is in the pudding, so to
speak. Achieving the vision provides the rewards
for both the business and the business owners.
