Three levels of
consulting services are provided by Ohain.
Management
Consulting - includes
marketing &
strategy, planning for regional, national, or international
markets, product
marketing and management services.
In fact, it consists
of all services that do not fall into the other two categories
(Technical or Office).
Marketing projects
such as slide presentations and accompanying text (speech,
lecture, etc) are easily and quickly prepared by Ohain staff.
Business plans for
the entire enterprise or for specific products or projects can
also be quickly prepared to research new business intelligence,
to define the goals and milestones, and to document the steps to
be taken to achieve success.
Technical
Consulting - consists of writing or modifying software
programs to accommodate the client's needs. this includes
website and database design and implementation.
Where appropriate,
installation and testing of new networking service can also be
providcd.
Websites created by
Ohain can be hosted for small business at extremely reasonable
rates.
Office
Consulting
- consists of services provided in direct relation to the
performance of normal office duties. This includes training on
the computer system and on software, whether developed under
this agreement or not. Office Consulting includes utilization of existing
reports and other office efficiencies.
Ohain
can arrange for on-site training of your staff in MS Office
tools, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and
Access. Visio, Quicken and QuickBooks training is also
available.
How
best to utilize the business value of membership in the chamber
of commerce, of providing community service through your
employees, how and where to choose - all of these can be
discussed and compared in value-add for the business.
Note:
Design and definition of
new additions to software are considered management consulting, but the actual
implementation is considered as technical consulting.

Plans - including the creation from scratch, or
improvement of existing business plans - for the entire company
or for a division.
Financial
Statements and Projections - Business Plans will include
financials so
that working capital financing can be arranged as needed. Ohain will work
with various vendors and/or customers in establishing proper
alliances and partnerships, as well as working with the
institutions providing the financing. Various public and
quasi-public agencies may also become involved to help solve
specific problems.

Marketing and Management - including
Internationalization of products and services. Product
Marketing deal with the underlying strategy of marketing of your
products and services, and its implementation as distinguished from Direct Marketing which deals in
the actual sale of the products or services.

& Web Hosting - utilizing the Internet is a key
tool used to facilitate product and service marketing.
